Pasqua all’insegna dei controlli nei supermercati dello Spoletino. Da settimane gli uomini del corpo forestale dello Stato stanno eseguendo verifiche sui prodotti agroalimentari commercializzati, anche in vista delle vendite legate alle festività pasquali. Decine i supermarket passati al setaccio e numerosi i prodotti finiti sotto la lente d’ingrandimento. Ispezioni mirate all’individuazione degli alimenti “taroccati”, in vendita presso la grande distribuzione ai fini della tutela del made in Italy. In particolare, vengono monitorate le etichette che recano false o fallaci indicazioni sull’origine e sulla provenienza dei prodotti. Quelle che riportano simboli o diciture tali da identificarli come made in Italy, quando invece con il territorio nazionale non hanno nulla a che vedere. Una volta verificata la presenza di confezioni di alimenti con etichettatura falsa, sui prodotti selezionati saranno eseguiti controlli lungo tutta la filiera produttiva per risalire a eventuali altre irregolarità. Durante le operazioni, ancora in corso, sono state controllate anche le scadenze dei prodotti. Lo scopo è di accertare se sugli scaffali dei supermercati siano in vendita prodotti alimentari preconfezionati oltre la data di scadenza, indicata sulla confezione, e se nell’etichettatura siano riportate le materie prime impiegate, in quei casi in cui la normativa ne prescrive l’obbligo.
