On 18 november, at 3 p.m., Fondazione Qualivita, in cooperation with Consorzio tutela Grana Padano, Politecnico di Milano, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Piacenza, oriGIn, Enersem and CNIEL, is organising a webinar entitled “LIFE TTGG – efficiency solutions applied to the Grana Padano supply chain“.
The objective of the webinar, realised within the framework of the European project LIFE The Tough Get Going (LIFE TTGG), is to disseminate the first results on the analysis of the production processes of the PDO dairy chain and to propose solutions in terms of efficiency that can also be adapted to other Geographical Indication realities.
