Tørrfisk fra Lofoten PGI training activities


Professional training project organized by Qualivita Foundation on behalf of three Norwegian governmental organizations: Innovation Norway Nordland, Innovation Norway Milano, Norwegian Seafood Council, in the FRAM Programme context.

Here the main topics: PGI product valorization, Certification & Control system, Supply chain’s organization, Production system network, Consortia.

Here the teaching materials, GI regulations, main analysis documents, researches & studies on PDO & PGI’s sector.

The professional training project consists of one workshop and three seminars about the GI development strategies for the Tørrfisk fra Lofoten PGI (Lofoten’s stockfish) supply chain stakeholders: Producer representatives, Certification organizations, PGI product’s promotion and valorization bodies.
