Qualivita mission points towards two guidelines : promoting the knowledge of agri-food culture and valorising quality agroalimentary products. These two aims aspire to be ambitious since the concept of gastronomic and wine products is topical thanks to more and more innovative and strict scientific researches. We point to fuse different elements of agroalimentary weaving factory: human factor formation, research and innovation, promotion and marketing, therefore qualivita foundation is provided of a prestigious scientific committee. To centre these objectives the foundation has conceived several and innovative projects too which form qualivita institutional activity: Qualigeo the first digital platform that valorises quality agroalimentary products and all activities connected to them; Qualigeo Agristreet a real GPS (global position system) that keeps in direct touch the consumer with producers and restaurateurs who pursue the culture of quality in agroalimentary division. Besides these projects there is the Italian product Atlas which collects all registered PDO GPI and TSG Italian product . With this easy instrument we have a map of gastronomic speciality which shows the cultural richness that is a substantial part of tourist current of quality.
Finally thanks to the Club of excellences the foundation wants to promote a guarantee circuit in order to create a tie-up between the consumer and the producer. By means of this fiduciary mechanism the reputation of geographical marks increases, and it is well-know that the competitiveness that realizes the culture of quality combines to bring an equivalence between quality and competitiveness.
