Food in Italy is the largest internet search engine, in Italian and English, dedicated to valorising Italian PDO, PGI, and TSG agri-food and wine products, as well as over 5000 national traditional food products. All of the PDO, PGI products and typical dishes that can be found on the website are accompanied by photos and fact sheets describing the origins, history, production and processing methods, and nutritional values. Through an advanced search engine, it is also possible to discover the specialties of each region and area, as well as where you can buy them, and to locate the production areas on the maps.
